I've gotton lucky over time and seen a few interesting thing down the Pipeline. Caught a tagger in action painting up some new shit which I have no idea what it all means but I love all the colors and designs. It reminds me how the West was won in a colorful way of course.
Cody is the character and he seems to be the top dog. He's a tatoo artist in Victoria now.
